Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ):

Are the DSG products approved for Continuing Medical Education? Yes, technically, the DSG products are considered CME Category 2. We are looking into options for CME Category 1 approval, as well as approval for other forms of continuing education, such as for chiropractors, but currently are considered CME Category 2.

Are the DSG products accredited for sitting for the NRCME? We are looking into the options for this, but currently no. Our primary focus with DSG is to make the accredited training more memorable, useful, and simply-explained. And for you to actually have a little fun as you approach the NRCME and performing DOT medical examinations.  

How can I get audio or written versions of the course content? The most recently updated DSG content is primarily a video course. There are a few audio and written (PDF) content files. Otherwise, there are no audio or written versions available for our most recently updated content.

Am I allowed to print or copy the content of this course? All rights are reserved. The unauthorized reproduction or distribution of a copyrighted work is illegal. Gumroad allows for downloading of PDF files, but your personal information will be stamped on the file as a way to strongly discourage piracy. The Abbreviations list is downloadable so it can be printed for easier reference.

How up-to-date is the DSG content? All of our content is updated and aligned with the 2024 NRCME Medical Examiner Handbook and Advisory Criteria. 

Will there be more DOT Study Guide products in the future? The DOT Study Guide Team hopes to continue making the DOT Study Guide an incredible resource. Future products are always a possibility in order to achieve that goal.

Can I return my purchases for a refund? Given that these are digital education products, all sales are final.

I purchased one of the mini-courses, and now I want to purchase the Complete Course. Can I get a discount? Unfortunately, no. All of our marketing and pricing is to strongly emphasize that the best value for our students is in the Complete Course bundle. Why is DSG no longer on Teachable? Teachable changed their pricing structure for creators, so we decided to move to Gumroad, so we can offer lifetime access to our course content.
